Saw the lovely @nikkiglaser tonight and we realized it’s been exactly 10 years to the week that we did an all female stand up tour for the U.S troops in South Korea, including many who didn’t necessarily dig cerebral humor, but DID like crowd work involving anything related to sex. It was a crazy tour with wonderful memories, and a free buffet at our hotel that we destroyed each morning.
Also, worth noting, it was on this tour 10 years ago that I first heard about Louis Ck trapping girls in rooms and masturbating in front of them at comedy festivals.
Dayyum, takes a while ladies, but #timesup
Love you @nikkiglaser! You’re one of the greats. Smart solid real and ferociously funny always. NYC will be lucky to have you as a force Xoxo 😘

Help this goober win! FOSTER CAMPBELL. Our last chance for a dem in the senate. Donate/make calls/ help out see below: One of the first and best things we can do right away is raise money for Foster Campbell, who’s a progressive Democrat running to fill the Louisiana Senate seat left vacant by David Vitter ®. Foster’s a Bernie-syle Southern progressive; a straight-talking Christian who backs equal pay, raisin the minimum wage, expanding medicaid, and student debt forgiveness. He’s been the LA Public Service Commissioner and a state senator - so he’s experienced and someone we can get behind.
Why December? Louisiana has a bizarre runoff primary system and it’s come down to Foster Campbell, and John Kennedy ®, the state Treasurer, and the election’s on December 10th. Since this is outside of the presidential election cycle, turnout, and fundraising for a ground game, will make a huge difference - and remember that Louisiana has a Democratic governor, so Foster has a very real shot at this. John Kennedy himself has already failed twice at grabbing a Senate seat, so he’s beyond vulnerable.
